For Orlar company (UK/Vietnam) we performed various optimizations: weight/cost reduction, stress analysis of different metal frames, selecting geometry for plastic pods, etc.
Art-object for Dubai city mall
Art object has dimension of approximately 10х10х3 meters. It is composed of thick (acrylic, glass composite, plastic) and thin (aluminum) tubes.
We performed stress analysis, generated optimum composite layup, added vertical supports.
Camper legs
Stress analysis of camper legs. We have found optimum thickness of aluminum. Construction hold loads up to 2 tons.
