Metal bracing optimization for yacht mast

Mast cables in this current project can experience tension of about 10 tons. We have developed the optimal shape of the mast assembly, which receives loads from cables.

Exoskeleton weight optimization

For the Exochair project (passive exoskeleton of the lower body), we optimized strength and weight of the structure.

Weight optimization of galvanic bath

Length of the bath is about 3 meters. Buth is made of sheet metal reinforced with channels. We have selected the optimal cross-sections of the channels, allowing to increase the safety margin and reduce the weight of the bath from 2.6 to 1.9 tons.

Drill shape optimization

We have selected the optimal form of the drill designed for drilling in moist soils. The diameter of the drill is about 50 cm.

Extrusion profile optimization

We have selected the optimal section of  extrusion aluminum profiles, preserving its original strength characteristics, but freeing it from the initial long sprouts.
